Starting in May, shareholders pick up a “share” or crate of food every week throughout the summer, which is full of vegetables grown and harvested by the student farmers. These shares usually end around late September.
Our campus stand is located by the TSC patio and runs on Thursdays from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. We sell fresh produce from our current supply, which changes throughout the season. This is the only place on USU campus to get fresh picked produce.
